We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.

Storm damage claims in Missouri have a 1-year filing window with most carriers. Don't wait. We'll inspect your roof, document the damage, and help you file before the deadline. If there's no damage, we'll tell you that too.
New Roof Installation
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles with Scotchgard algae protection. Ideal for Missouri humidity. We also install Tamko Heritage laminated shingles for budget-conscious builds and Malarkey Vista AR with Flexor SBS polymer-modified asphalt for high-wind zones. Metal Roofing

TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Missouri. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in Missouri's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
Our 27-point roof inspection covers: shingle condition, granule loss, nail pops, lifting tabs, ridge cap integrity, valley flashing, step flashing at walls, drip edge, pipe boot seals, vent function, soffit ventilation, gutter pitch, downspout capacity, fascia condition, decking (from attic if accessible), and visible signs of moisture in the attic. Written report with photos emailed same day.
